摘要
自上世纪末教师教育体系开放以来,中小学教师专业化建设差强人意,教师教育饱受非议。在此背景下,国家于2014年出台了师范专业认证标准并在江苏等省先行试点,但总体来说小步缓行、久推难进,重要原因就在于从学界到社会、从院校到政府等都对当下我国实施师范专业认证的重要性、必要性以及实际操作等方面存在迷思与疑虑。基于此,本文尝试从师范专业认证的功能定位、标准制订、范围界定、内容衔接、结果使用等方面进行探索和辨识。
Since the opening of the teacher education system at the end of the last century, the professionalization of primary and secondary school teachers has been unsatisfactory. Teachers" education has been criticized. In this context, since 2014 the national professional certification standards was put forward and pilot studies in Jiangsu and other provinces were conducted, but overall the development is small slow and found difficult to further promote. One of the important reasons is that from academia to society, from institutions to government there are doubts and misunderstanding on the importance, necessity and practice of the implementation of teacher professional certification in China. Based on this, the paper tries to explore and identify the functional orientation, standard setting, scope definition, content connection, resuh use and so on.
