摘要
在开展教师交流轮岗工作中,流动教师作为这一工作的"一线"执行者,其角色适应问题引起了人们的关注。因此,提升流动教师角色适应水平,意义重大。国家层面,促进教育均衡,推动教育公平;学校层面,带动学校发展,催生校园新气象;个人层面,加快专业发展,提升主观幸福感。因此,改善流动教师的角色适应状况,可以从政策、学校和个人三处着力。生成自我调试的心理机制;创设和谐共融的文化氛围;确立起人性化的保障制度。
In the work of teachers' work shift and exchange, mobile teachers, the "frontline" performers, arouse wide attention through their work on role adaptation. It ' s of vital importance to improve the work of mobile teach- ers' work shift and exchange. On national level,we should promote education balance and equity;on school level, we should promote the development of the school and spawn new campus atmosphere;on personal level, we should accelerate professional development to enhance subjective well-being. Therefore, to improve the role of mobile teach- ers to adapt to the situation, we need to focus on various governments,schools and individuals to generate psycholog- ical mechanism of self-debugging, create a harmonious atmosphere of cultural harmony and establish a humanized security system.
