摘要
档案馆公众教育服务工作越来越受到档案学界和业界的重视。相关APP的开发可让档案馆更方便地向人们提供服务。然而目前尚未有专门针对档案馆公众教育服务APP开展的研究。文章梳理了国内档案馆公众教育服务独立APP及微信公众号的发展现状,分析了其中存在的问题,并从国家层面、档案馆的理念层面和APP开发方式的选择层面提出了对策。
The work of archives＇ public education service has acquired more and more attention from both the archival science circles and the archival industry. The development of relevant Apps can facilitate archives＇ service provision. However, so far, no research on archives＇ public education service Apps has been found. This article combs the current situation of domestic archives＇ independent public education service Apps and WeChat public accounts development, analyzes the problems therein, and proposes countermeasures from perspectives of nation, archives＇ concept and the method selection of App development.
