冷桥用PA66挤出异型条专用料研究

STUDY ON THE SPECIAL MATERIAL OF EXTRUDING PA66 PROFILE BAR FOR COLD BRIDGE

介绍采用双螺杆挤出机生产冷桥用PA66挤出异型条专用料的配方及工艺。该专用料以PA66为主体原料,经玻纤、改性剂、滑石粉共混改性制成。分析了几种改性材料对冷桥用 PA66挤出异型条专用料性能的影响,并探讨了PA66自身性能对专用料性能的影响。该专用料经有关厂家使用,其性能达到使用要求。

The formulation and technology of the special material of extruding PA66 profile bar produced for cold bridge by twin-screw extruder were introduced. The special material of extruding PA66 profile bar for cold bridge was prepared with using PA66 as matrix and blending and modifying with glass fiber, modifier and talcum powder. The influence of several modifying materials on the property of the special material was analyzed and the influence of the property of PA66 itself on the property of the special material was discussed. Proved by the application of the relative factories, the performance of the special material could meet the operating requirement.
