摘要
班级授课制在现阶段拥有无法替代的优势,但其弱点也逐渐暴露出来。因此,立足于现有的班级授课制条件下,尝试分层教学甚至是个性化教学是有着重要意义的。从教学过程来看,预习、上课、作业、复习、检测等五个环节都应该渗透分层教学的理念。从语文能力来看,听、说、读、写等能力的训练应该根据学生的智能优势侧并结合学校丰富多彩的兴趣小组、社团活动、各类各级比赛进行训练。
Class system has irreplaceable advantages at the present stage, but its weaknesses are beginning to emerge. Therefore, based on the existing class teaching system, it is of great significance to try layering teaching and even personalized teaching. From the teaching process,preview, class,homework, review, testing - five links should permeate the idea of layering teaching. From the lan- guage ability,listening, speaking, reading, writing and other ability should be trained based on the students'intelligence advantage side, and to combine with the school's colorful interest groups, club activities, and competitions at all levels.
