摘要
南海深水天然气开发项目是我国目前水深最深、压力最大的高钢级厚壁海底管线,钢管具有高强韧性的特点。北京隆盛泰科石油管科技有限公司通过项目前期开展监造技术支持,在制管过程引入综合过程能力指数评价钢管质量水平,并反馈给工厂进行质量控制。同时,以钢管的综合过程能力指数为基础,获得钢管质量控制薄弱环节,提出"监督工厂质量体系运行有效性和检查产品质量符合性"的监造模式,对工厂的质量薄弱环节进行针对性监造,保证了钢管的质量。
The submarine pipeline steel with high-grade thick wall employed in the South China Sea deep-water natural gas development project, with high strength and toughness, presently is the line in the deepest seaand with the highest pressure in China Beijing Longshine Oil Tubular Technology Co. Ltd (subsidiary of TGRI-CNPC Tubular Goods Research Institute) providedsupervision technical support at the early stage of the project, and introduced the comprehensive process capability index (CPK) during manufacturing to evaluate the quality of the steel pipes. Feedback was sent to the factory for quality control. Meantime, based on the CPK, the supervisors could find the weak points in quality control and thus put forward a new supervision mode, namely, supervising the operation effectiveness of the factory quality system and checking the compliance of the product quality. Special supervision on the weak points of quality control in the factory ensured the quality of the steel pipes.
