应用技术大学框架下法律专业“双师型”队伍建设途径思考

Construction of Double Qualified Teacher Team for Law Major in the Newly-established Universities

应用技术大学的关键在于解决好"理论与实践"的矛盾,突出"应用性"。在此目标框架下,处理好法律专业的"社会性"是"双师型"队伍建设的重点。试以此为逻辑起点,剖析解读法律专业"双师型"队伍建设现状,从历史和当下两个视角出发,运用纵横坐标系方法,从我国高等教育发展的历史经验和德国等国家应用技术大学办学经验中获得启示,提出"双师型"队伍建设意见,以求为地方本科院校和新建本科院校法律专业"双师型"师资队伍建设提供借鉴。

The key to constructing a university of applied technology is to solve the contradiction between theory and practice, highlighting the features of application. Logical starting point is the construction of the professional team of law teachers. In light of the development of higher education in China and the Western countries, especially the German experiences in running the applied technology university, we put forward some ideas how to construct a double qualified teacher team for the legal profession in the new- ly- established undergraduate colleges.
