摘要
通过对复合材料轴承的试作制备,设计了轴承用30%短玻纤增强尼龙66复合材料,研究了其注射成型工艺,设计制造了204型复合材料滚动轴承模具,完成了试件制备。试验验证,复合材料轴承成型工艺有生产效率高、成本低和质量稳定等一系列优点。所设计模具结构合理、制造容易、操作方便、造价低廉。制造的204型复合材料滚动轴承试件,经疲劳试验和噪声试验检测证明,试件性能良好。
By manufacturing the test piece of the composite bearings, the 30% glass fiber reinforced Nylon 66 composite for bearing was designed and its injection molding proces was studied. The mold for model 204 composite rolling bearings was designed and manufactured and the test piece was prepared. The test proved that the composite bearing molding process had such advantages as high productive efficiency, low cost and good quality stability. The mold structure designed was rational, easy to manufacture, convenient to operate, and low in cost. The composite rolling bearings made from this mold were in good working conditions by fatigue and noise tests.
