摘要
分析了带有法兰盘的钒硅合金零件结构特点和铸造工艺难点,针对铸件热节区、壁厚等特点进行了铸造工艺设计,以解决铸造过程中易出现的缺陷.通过浇铸系统、装炉结构、现场控制的调整,使得产品熔铸时严格执行并满足工艺要求,获得了合格铸件.
The structural characteristics and the difficulty of casting process of the V-Si alloy flange parts were analyzed, and the casting process design was made according to the characteristics of hot section and wall thickness. Through the ajustment of the casting system, the structure of the furnace and the field control, the product was strictly executed with its properties in compliance with the technical requirements.
