管芯式散热器结构特点

摘要 常用的散热器的散热单元一般为管片式和管带式,这两种散热器的散热单元是一个整体,与上下水室之间是刚性连接,使得这两种散热器只能用于一些小型、轻型车上,且使用寿命短.针对这些缺点,介绍了管芯式散热器的结构,其散热单元之间是相互独立的,与上下水室之间是由密封圈套柔性连接,并详细介绍了密封圈套和翅片管使用要求以及它们的原材料的性能要求.管芯式散热器可以调节散热单元的长度、数量,可用于大型、超大型矿用汽车,而且使用寿命长,还适用于条件恶劣的工况环境. The cooling unit which is commonly used by a radiator is generally tube-fin type and tube-strip type, the cooling of these two kinds is a integration, and the joints which connect the top and bottom tank are rigid connection, which makes these two kinds of radiators can only be used for some small, light cars with short service life. In view of these shortcom- ings, the structure with tube-core type radiator is introduced. The cooling units are independent, the joints which connect the top and bottom tank are flexible connection through the grommet. The application requirements and the performance re- quirements of raw materials of the grommet and finned tube are described in detail. The length and number of cooling units can be adjusted by using the tube-core radiator. It can be used for a large and super large mine ear, also can be used in the harsh environment conditions, and has long service life.
