玻纤增强尼龙66疲劳性能的研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用液压疲劳试验机研究了尼龙分子量和结晶度的大小、加载频率、最大载荷、环境温度和内应力对玻纤增强尼龙66疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明,随尼龙66分子量和结晶度的增加,疲劳寿命增加;材料中玻纤分布均匀、取向明显,有利于提高疲劳寿命;随加载频率、内应力、最大载荷及环境温度的提高,疲劳寿命显著降低。 The effect of various parameters such as molecular weight, the crystalline degree, loading frequency, maximum load and environment temperature on the fatigue property of glass fiber reinforced PA66 was studied by the hydraulic pressure fatigue testing machine. The results showed that the fatigue life increased with the increasing of the molecular weight and the crystalline degree , homogeneous dispersion and obvious orientation of glass fiber in the materials were favourable to the increasing of the fatigue life, on the other hand, the fatigue life decreased with the increasing of loading frequency, internal stress, maximum load and environment temperature.
