摘要
综述国内外通过向聚甲醛树脂中添加耐磨聚合物、润滑油及润滑脂、无机润滑剂、纤维材料、金属粉末或薄片、复合润滑剂,以及嵌段共聚、与金属复合改性来制备聚甲醛自润滑复合材料的方法。介绍了八类聚甲醛自润滑复合材料的主要性能和应用领域,对聚甲醛自润滑复合材料发展方向及国内聚甲醛复合改性的状况和前景进行了展望。
The methods of preparing the polyoxymethylene (POM) self-lubricating composites by adding wear-resisting polymer or lubricating oil and grease or inorganic lubricating agents or fiber materials or metal powders and flakes or complex lubricating a-gents to POM resins, as well as block-copolymering and metal -compounding and modifying at home and abroad are reviewed. The key performance and application area of eight types of POM self-lubricating composites are introduced. The developmental direction of POM self-lubricating composite and the situation and future of modified composite of POM in our country are forecast.
