超滤分离生姜多酚类物质的工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 以生姜为原料,采用超滤技术分离生姜多酚。通过单因素实验分析了温度、压力、浓度对超滤过程膜通量的影响。并在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验优化了分离的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:生姜中多酚类物质的超滤分离条件为使用50kD膜,温度为30℃,压力为0.15MPa,浓度为0.5mg/mL,膜通量为33.34mL/m2·s,在此条件下,生姜多酚的膜截留率为95.2%。该研究结果为生姜的开发利用提供了实验依据。 With ginger as raw material, the separation of polyphenols from ginger is adopted by ultrafiltration technology. The effects of temperature, pressure and concentration are analyzed by single factor experiment. On the basis of single factor experiment, the optimal process conditions for polyphenols extraction from ginger are obtained by orthogonal experiment. The results show that the optimum separation conditions are as follows: 50 kD membrane, temperature is 30 ℃, pressure is 0.15 MPa, material-liquid concentration is 0. 5 mg/mL and membrane flux is 33. 34 mL/m^2· s. Under these conditions, the membrane retention rate of ginger polyphenols is 95. 2%. The results could provide experimental data for the development and utilization of ginger.
