摘要
目前存在较大交通需求的区域之间通常存在多条平行高速公路构成了通道,然而交通量却往往集中于部分线路,造成通道交通设施未充分利用。利用各线路现状交通流量通过"随机用户平衡法"获取OD反推矩阵并以"系统最优分配"得出结果,与现状交通量分布情况进行对比发现差距并不明显。而从交通需求与交通供给角度进一步分析发现流量不均衡现象主要与城市间交通需求、广义费用、高速公路接入口、货运物流布局等因素有关。为此,本文提出了相应的改善措施,以减少未来可能出现的不平衡加剧产生的损失。
Currently, it is common that there are several parallel highways connecting the areas with large traffic demands which have formed corridors, however traffic flow usually tends to focus on part of the lines, causing transportation facilities underutilized. Based on present traffic flow of each lines and using the Stochastic User Equilibrium method, the OD matrix is estimated and imported to get the System Optimum allocation results. Compared with present traffic distribution, it is found that the gap is not obvious. Further analysis is made from the aspects of traffic demand and traffic supply, and it is found that the flow imbalance is caused by traffic demand between cities, the generalized cost, highway access and freight logistics distribution. Therefore, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures to reduce losses caused by the possible exacerbation of flow imbalance in the future.
