大气颗粒物对人体皮肤健康影响的研究进展

Progress on health effects of ambient particulate matter on human skin

近年来我国大气污染问题日益严重,国内外大量研究表明,大气污染与许多健康效应直接或间接相关。已有流行病学研究证实,大气颗粒物污染与皮肤疾病的发病率密切相关。该文从氧化应激与炎症反应、芳香烃受体(Ah R)的活化、皮肤表面微生物的影响,就现有大气颗粒物对皮肤健康影响的流行病学及毒理学研究进行综述。

In recent years, the air pollution problem in China was increasingly serious, a large number of domestic and overseas studies indicated that air pollution and many health effects have direct or indirect relationships. Epidemiological studies have verified that airborne particulate contamination is closely related to the incidence of skin diseases. In this paper, based on oxidative stress and inflammation,activation of Ah R, variation of resident microflora of human skin, the epidemiological and toxicological studies on effects of airborne particulate matter on skin were reviewed.
