摘要
建立了气相色谱-串联质谱法测定白凡士林中的多环芳烃(PAHs)。白凡士林样品经正己烷溶解后,用二甲亚砜萃取,向提取液中加入6%氯化钠水溶液后,再用正己烷反萃取,浓缩后采用GC-MS/MS法检测。气相色谱采用Rxi-5Sil MS毛细管柱,程序升温,进样口温度250℃。质谱采用电子轰击(EI)离子源,以多反应监测(MRM)模式进行检测。在相应浓度范围内,16种PAHs的峰面积和浓度的线性关系良好,定量限为103~389 pg/ml,回收率为70.12%~104.81%。本法灵敏、专属性强,适用于白凡士林中PAHs的检测。
A GC-MS/MS method was established for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in white petrolatum. The samples were solved in n-hexane and extracted by DMSO, and then extracted by n-hexane after adding 6% sodium chloride aqueous solution. The solution obtained was concentrated with nitrogen, and then analyzed by GC-MS/MS. Gas chromatography was carried out on a Rxi-5Sil MS column, with colunm temperature by programed heating. The injector temperature was kept at 250 ℃. Mass spectrometry was carried out by electron impact (EI) ion source, with the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode for quantitative detection. The calibration curves of 16 PAHs were linear in the corresponding concentration ranges, with limits of quantitation (LOQs) of 103-389 pg/ml. Their recoveries were in the range of 70.12 %-104.83 %. This method is sensitive and specific, which is suitable for the determination of PAHs in white petrolatum.
