摘要 利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立旋转轴唇形油封的二维轴对称模型,并分析接触宽度、前后唇角、过盈量以及腰厚等结构参数对油封密封性能的影响。研究结果表明:在研究的结构参数范围内,油封的接触压力分布均满足密封要求;且油封唇口最大接触压力随接触宽度值、前唇角和过盈量的增大而减小,随油封腰部厚度的增加而增大,随后唇角的增大先出现明显增大进而趋于平缓。基于响应曲面法以获得油封面最大接触压力作为优化目标,对旋转轴唇形油封的结构参数进行优化设计,得到最佳的优化组合方案。 The two-dimensional axisymmetric model of rotary lip seal was established by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS, and the effect of the structural parameters such as contact width,low-angle and high-angle,interference and waist depth on the sealing performance of rotary lip seal was analyzed.The results show that the contact pressure distributions of the rotary lip seal meet the sealing requirements within the range of structural parameters studied.The maximum contact pressure of the rotary lip seal is reduced with the increasing of the contact width, the low-angle and the interference, but increased with raising of the waist thickness. Along with the increasing of the high-angle, the maximum contact pressure of the rotary lip seal is increased obviously first and then tended to be slow.With the maximum contact pressure of sealing surface as the optimization target, the structural parameters of the lip seal of the rotary shaft were optimized based on the response surface methodology, and the optimal structural parameters combination scheme was obtained.
