摘要
本文在研究中以三维在线检测技术为核心,分析三维在线检测原理,构建SMT封装电路板三维在线检测系统,构建传感器数据措施,提高检测结果的准确性,进而为相关研究人员提供一定的借鉴和帮助。
in this paper, in order to study the three-dimensional online detection technology as the core, analysis of 3D online detection principle, constructing SMT package circuit board three-dimensional online detection system, sensor＂ data c.onstruetion measures, improve the accuracy of test results,and for researchers to provide a reference and help.
