摘要
设计了一种基于位置控制的液压伺服弹簧疲劳试验台,运用AMEsim软件建立了液压控制系统。简述了弹簧疲劳试验台各元器件的选型,液压伺服弹簧疲劳试验台的传递函数及方框图。根据现代控制理论,得到弹簧疲劳试验台的控制系统原理图、方块图、控制系统结构图、模拟结构图等,建立液压伺服弹簧疲劳试验台的控制系统的状态空间表达式、,并求解状态空间表达式,再运用现代控制理论对控制系统的可控性、可观性及李雅普诺夫稳定性等进行控制系统的性能分析,并得出弹簧疲劳试验台性能分析结果。
a hydraulic servo spring fatigue test rig based on position control is designed, and the hydraulic control system is established by using AMEsim software.
