基于虚拟进程管理的资源高效制造仿真研究

摘要 资源管控是可持续发展的关键要素之一,资源高效制造体系的发展是目前行业面临的巨大挑战之一。先进技术创新的可用性创造了更复杂的制造系统,并应用于不同领域的机器制造。为了调节能源节省的有效性,本文提出了通过考虑生产能耗降低,生产工作流程(生产力)和质量的平衡来对生产过程中的生产进度进行建模,并提出了一种创新的制造资源效率提升的系统方法,将虚拟仿真作为预测模型推动器,提供实时制造监控、虚拟显示和决策,从而进行能量消耗之间相互依赖关系的分析和与工作流程和质量错误等多维度的回归分析。分析结果表明工作流程与质量错误以及工作流程和能源消耗之间存在正相关关系;当通过优化工作流程,质量错误和总体能源消耗来控制生产调度时,可以在生产中实现能源效率的提升。 Resource management is one of the key elements of sustainable development, resource efficient manufacturing system development is one of the great challenges facing the industry. The availability of advanced technology innovations creates more complex manufacturing systems and is used in machine manufacturing in different areas. In order to adjust the effectiveness of energy savings, this paper proposes to model the production schedule in the production process by considering the balance of production energy consumption, production workflow(productivity) and quality, and presents an innovative manufacturing resource efficiency The virtual system is used as a predictive model pusher to provide real-time manufacturing monitoring, virtual display and decision making, so as to analyze the interde- pendence between energy consumption and multi-dimensional regression analysis with workflow and quality errors. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive correlation between workf/ow and quality errors and work flow and energy consumption. When the pro- duction schedule is controlled by optimizing the workflow, quality errors and overall energy consumption, energy efficiency can be improved in production.
