摘要
针对纺织企业在污水、废气和噪声等环境监控存在的技术手段落后、数据可靠性差、不稳定,信息反馈实时性差等问题,采用PLC、工业以太网和现场总线技术开发了实时数据采集监控系统。以西门子S7-1200为例进行了环境监测及处理的系统架构和软硬件设计,同时介绍了上位机和人机界面在该系统中的应用情况。将该监测系统投入到某公司应用测试表明,该方案为纺织企业环境监测提供了一种可靠的系统解决方案,该方案自动化水平高、环境数据检测种类齐全、精准高、安全可靠和运行稳定。
In order to solve the textile enterprises in the sewage, exhaust gas and noise environment to monitor the presence of backward technology, poor reliability, data is not stable, real-time information feedback, real time data acquisition anti tnonitoring system is developed by using PLC, indnstrial Ethernet and Fieldbus technology. Environmental monitoring system architecture ' s hardware and software design with SIEMENS S7-1200 as an example, at the same time, this paper introduces the applieation of the upper computer and the man-machine interface in the system. The application of the monitoring system in a company shows that the environmental monitoring system has a high level of automation,a complete range of data detection,high precision,safe and reliable,siable operation.
