制造业是国民经济的主体,是国家的支柱,是国家的核心竞争力。当今世界已进入智能制造时代,各国都想占领科技制高点,把握国际竞争的主动权,发展国家层面的创新战略,其中智能制造已上升为国家创新战略的重要组成部分。在2016年5月国家批复的成渝城市群发展规划中,就要求成都要以建设国家中心城市为目标,增强作为西部地区重要的经济、科技、文创和对外交往中心职能。推动智慧型制造业的发展,有利于促进成都地区产业机构调整,有利于地区经济的发展,有助于巩固成都作为国家级中心城市的战略地位。整合区域优势,形成产业集群,打造智能制造产业链,是实现智能制造的关键所在,也是促进制造业迈向高端领域、建设制造强市的重要举措。

The manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy, the pillar of the country, and the core competitiveness of the country. In today＇s world has entered the era of intelligent manufacturing, all countries want to occupy the commanding heights of science and technology, to grasp the initiative in the international competition, the development of the national in- novation strategy ,the intelligent manufacturing has become an important part of the national innovation strategy. In May 2016 the state approved the Chengdu Chongqing city agglomeration development plan, requires Chengdu to build a national center city as the goal, to enhance the functions as an important economic, science and technology, the western region and a foreign exchange center. Promote the de- velopment of intelligent manufacturing industry is conducive to the promotion of industrial restructuring in Chengdu, is conducive to the de- velopment of regional economy, help to consolidate the strategic position of Chengdu as a national center city. Integration of regional advan- tages, the formation of industrial clusters, to create intelligent manufacturing industry chain, is the key to the realization of intelligent manu- facturing, but also to promote the manufacturing industry into the high-end field, an important measure to build a strong city.
