一种铝槽测温巡检装置

A New Measuring Temperature Method of Aluminum-electrolysis Based on Electric Inspection Device

摘要 铝槽测温巡检装置,主要由电动巡检车、红外温度传感器和核心控制器组成;首先红外温度传感器将采集到的铝槽阴极方钢棒温度信号传送至核心控制器进行处理并排序存储,同时核心控制器输出脉冲控制步进电机驱动电动巡检车按预定的轨迹自动行走和检测停位,最后完成单次巡航后边充电边将存储的温度信号集中传输至控制室电解铝槽热流监视系统中;集成了抵抗强磁场干扰、杜绝铝槽壳体接地短路风险、可更换电动巡检车和维护标定方便等综合技术。 The electric inspection device of aluminum temperature is mainly composed of electric inspection car, infrared thermometer sensor and the core controller. First, the infrared thermometer sensors collect the temperature signals of the aluminum tank cathode square steel bars, and then deliver to the core controller to process and sort for storage. Meanwhile, the core controller output pulse to monitor the stepping motor drive electric car to cruise as predetermined trajectory automatically and detect parking location. After finished a single cruise of detection, the ear will go charge and store the temperature signal, the signal will centralized transmit to the monitor system of the electrolytic aluminum groove in the control room. Furthermore, the new device is manage to resist strong magnetic field interference, and get rid of the risk of short circuit of aluminum tank shell, and the inspection car are renewable, besides the calibration and maintenance is extremely convenient.
