广西玉林市气排球俱乐部现状调查与研究

Current Situation of Balloon Volleyball Club in Yulin

目的调查研究玉林市气排球俱乐部的开展现状,为气排球俱乐部在玉林市的健康发展和不断强大提供参考。方法采用问卷调查方法、实地考察方法、数理统计法、文献资料方法等研究方法。结果与结论玉林市气排球俱乐部在发展过程中存在组织形式和管理体系不完善、缺乏场地条件、缺乏专业教练员及资金匮乏等问题,并提出针对性的建议。

Objective This paper aims to investigate the current situation of balloon volleyball clubs in Yulin,and to provide reference for their constantly healthy development. Methods This article mainly used literature, questionnaire survey, expert interview, field survey and mathematical statistics. Results and Conclusion There were several problems existed in balloon volleyball clubs development, such as imperfect organization and management system, lack of space and professional coaches, and funds shortage. This paper provided some specific suggestions as well.
