摘要
以新疆伊犁州7-12岁儿童为研究对象,通过文献资料法、实验法以及数理统计法等科研方法,探索篮球启蒙训练的敏感期、训练课程的安排以及对儿童生理和心理的影响,为儿童篮球启蒙训练的科学化与规范化提供理论依据。
Children aged 7 to 12 years old in Yili were selected as research subjects, this paper explored the sensitive period of basketball initiation training, the arrangement of training courses and the physiological and psychological impact on children by means of literature, experimental method and mathematical statistics. It provides a theoretical basis for the scientific and standardized of children’s basketball initiation training.
