我国野生动物物证鉴定的现状回顾与展望

Review and Prospect of Wildlife Forensic Identification in China

我国野生动物物证鉴定机构及鉴定种类的研究尚处于起步阶段,研究成果总量不大、研究得不够深入,还存在着鉴定机构设置不统一、鉴定种类实际覆盖范围较窄的问题。有必要建立统一规范的野生动物物证鉴定机构体系直接为案件侦办服务,同时吸纳高等院校、科研院所等科研力量较强的野生动物鉴定机构,形成职权鉴定机构和社会鉴定机构并存的网络体系,同时要借鉴国外做法,继续拓宽鉴定门类。

In China, the research on wildlife forensic identification system is still in its infancy, the total amount of the research results is not large, and the research is not popular. There are still many problems such as the identification institutions set up confusion, the actual type of identification cov- erage is narrow. Special institution about wildlife forensic identification should be established directly for the case investigation service. At the same time, high educational institutions and scientific research institutes should be complementary to the identification of wildlife. We should learn from foreign practices to broaden the categories of identification.
