摘要
研究了以三氯化磷和无水乙醇为原料,在无溶剂条件下微反应合成亚磷酸二乙酯的合成工艺。考察了物料配比、反应温度、停留时间及真空度对反应产物收率的影响,采用正交法对合成工艺参数进行了深入的研究,获得了最佳的工艺条件。
With the phosphorus triehloride and ethanol as raw material to produce the diethyl phosphite in the absence of organic solvent by Micro-reactor method was studied.The effects of its reaction temperature, residence time, vacuum, mixture ratio and feeding mode on the yield of the product was discussed.Thus the optimum reaction conditions have been found by orthogonal experimental design.
