热处理对Mg-3Sn-xCu合金热导率及其力学性能的影响

摘要 研究了热处理对Mg-3Sn-xCu合金热导率及其力学性能的影响。结果表明,固溶处理之后合金的热导率会降低,时效处理之后合金的热导率会提高并高于铸态合金的热导率;固溶处理和时效处理能提高合金的抗拉强度,时效处理后合金的抗拉强度高于固溶处理之后合金的抗拉强度。 This paper studies the effects of heat treatment on thermal conductivity and mechanical property of Mg-3Sn-x Cu alloy. The results show that the thermal conductivity would decrease after solution treatment and increase after ageing treatment,higher than the thermal conductivity of cast alloy. Solution treatment and ageing treatment can improve the tensile strength of alloy,and the tensile strength of alloy after ageing treatment exceeds the tensile strength after solution treatment.
