Research of the Paths of OFDI in Upgrading Equipment Manufacturing Industry's International Competitive Advantage

构建博弈模型证明OFDI为装备制造业国际竞争优势升级的内生性因素,随后对OFDI促进装备制造业国际竞争优势升级的机理进行阐述,利用面板GMM方法从实证角度验证OFDI促进中国装备制造业国际竞争优势升级的作用机制。结果显示:装备制造业OFDI通过提升生产效率、增强国内外需求匹配度、扩大产业开放程度以及增强相关产业协同性四条路径促进国际竞争优势升级。

A Game Model is built to prove that OFDI is an endogenous factor to upgrade international competitive advantage of the equipment manufacturing industry. Then the mechanism of OFDI enhancing the international competitive advantage of the equipment manufacturing industry is explored. The method of Panel GMM is used to demonstrate the mechanism for an empirical study.The results show that OFDI can upgrade international competitive advantage of the equipment manufacturing industry by enhancing the production efficiency,upgrading the matching degree of domestic and foreign demand,expanding the industrial openness and enhancing collaborative degree of related industries.
