丹参酮治疗对老年四肢骨折患者骨愈合指标、炎症细胞因子水平的影响

Effects of Tanshinone on Bone Healing Indexes and Levels of Inflammatory Cytokines in Old Patients with Limbs Fracture

目的探讨老年四肢骨折患者手术后应用丹参酮辅助治疗对患者骨愈合相关指标、炎症细胞因子的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2016年4月在我院采取切开复位内固定治疗的120例老年四肢骨折患者,依据SPSS16.0软件生成随机数字分为丹参酮组、对照组各60例,两组均采取切开复位内固定,丹参酮组术后加用丹参酮注射液治疗,对比两组骨愈合相关指标、炎症细胞因子水平。结果治疗前,两组患者血清骨碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽(PICP)、Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)、骨钙素(BGP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-1、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3d、7d后,丹参酮组患者血清ALP、PICP、BGP均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CRP、IL-6、IL-1、TNF-α、β-CTX水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者VAS评分、肿胀程度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3d、7d后,丹参酮组患者VAS评分、肿胀程度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年四肢骨折患者手术后应用丹参酮辅助治疗可以改善骨代谢指标、降低患者的炎症反应及肿胀疼痛程度。

Objective To investigate the effects of using tanshinone as an adjuvant therapy after surgery on bone healing indexes and levels of inflammatory cytokines in old patients with limbs fracture.Methods 120 old patients with limbs fracture who were treated with open reduction and internal fixation were selected from January 2014 to April 2016.According to random numbers based on spss16. 0,they were equally divided into tanshinone group and control group.Both two groups were carried with open reduction and internal fixation and after surgery tanshinone injection was added in tanshinone group.Bone healing indexes and level of inflammatory cytokines of two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no statistic difference in serum bone alkaline phosphatase（ ALP）,procollagen Ⅰcarboxy terminal peptide（ PICP）,procollagen Ⅰ carboxy terminal peptide sequence specific β（ β-CTX）,bone gla protein（ BGP）,C reactive protein（ CRP） and interleukin-6（ IL-6）,IL-1,tumor necrosis factor α（ TNF-α）（ P〉0. 05）.Three and seven days after treatment,tanshinone group had higher levels of ALP,PICP and BGP（ P〈0. 05）and lower levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-1,TNF-α and β-CTX（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,there were no statistic difference in VAS scores and swelling degree scores（ P〉0. 05）. Three and seven days after treatment,tanshinone group had lower VAS scores and swelling degree scores（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Using tanshinone as an adjuvant therapy after surgery can improve bone metabolism indexes and reduce the inflammatory reaction and swelling pain degree in old patients with limbs fracture.
