摘要
为了对新开发的KY310牙轮钻机钻架进行强度和刚度校核,在有限元软件中,对KY310牙轮钻机的钻架在正常加压钻进及偶然卡钻提升工况进行了强度分析,确定了在上述两种工况下,钻架的受力危险位置。通过钻架偶然卡钻提升,且风荷沿-X向作用工况下的屈曲分析,确定了屈曲载荷因子λ和临界屈曲载荷。
In order to carry out the strength and rigidity verification of frame of the new developed KY310 rotary drill,the strength analysis of frame with finite element software was performed under two different load cases:normal pressure drilling and occasional jammed elevating.Hence,the dangerous positions under the above-mentioned load cases were determined.In addition,the buckling analyses of the frame under the two different load cases were performed and the buckling load factor λ and the critical buckling load were determined as a consequence.
