摘要
针对母材35CRMoV中碳低合金钢与自制的SP-1焊条以及CrMnMoV、CrMnNiMo焊条的适应性和力学性能进行研究,分析在不同的热处理情况下的微观组织、力学性能,以此来判断35CRMoV中碳低合金钢与各焊条的匹配关系,以便在焊接过程当中找到合适的焊材来匹配钻挺的材料,使其达到所需要的力学性能,保证钻挺在工作过程中能够平稳工作。
The adaptability and mechanical properties of base material 3 5CRMoV medium-carbon and low-alloy steel self-made SP-1 electrode and CrMnMoV CrMnNiMo electrode are studied.The microstructure and mechanical properties under different heat treatment are analyzed in order to determine the matching relationship of 35 CRMoV medium-carbon low-alloy steel with each electrode,and find a suitable material to match drill collar in welding process,achieving the required mechanical properties,ensuring that the drill collar can work smoothly in the process of work.
