摘要
通过对酒钢二高线加热炉的改造,预期提高加热能力,解决炉墙串火和煤气泄漏的问题,适当降低能耗加深炉压,调整加热温差。为了达到预期目标,主要针对蓄热式烧嘴进行改造,改造燃烧系统时对钢立柱做适当改造和修复,重新铺设炉墙钢板,拆除炉底挡墙,更换耐火材料。检测并修复优化加热炉的燃烧系统的蓄热烧嘴和蓄热体、换向系统的换向阀、换向控制功能,点火烘炉系统和烟气系统。
As to the reforming of JISCO second high speed wire furnace,it is expected to increase heating capacity and solve the problems of furnace wall fire and gas leakage,so as to appropriately reduce energy consumption,deepen furnace pressure and adjust heating temperature difference.In order to achieve the desired goal,the regenerative burner is mainly reformed.The steel column is properly modified and repaired when the combustion system is reformed.The steel plate of the furnace wall is relaid,the bottom wall of the furnace is removed,and the refractory material is replaced.A regenerative burner and a regenerator for optimizing the combustion system of a heating furnace are detected and repaired,reversing valve of the reversing system,reversing control function,ignition baking system and flue gas system are also detected and repaired.
