基于表面纳米技术的含裂纹薄板疲劳寿命分析

摘要 通过材料表面纳米技术处理含裂纹316L不锈钢薄板,薄板在一端固支,另一端受循环载荷情况下,疲劳寿命得以提高。裂纹尖端附近区域大小改变时的表面纳米处理的效果不同,为类似结构的疲劳寿命的提高提供了一种新思路。 The treatment is taken on the thin plate with crack by the surface self-nanocrystallization. 316L stainless steel is being used as the basic material, which can improve its fatigue life in the case of one side that being fixed and the other side under the symmetrical cyclic load. The different shape under the surface self-nanocrystallization near the area of crack tip achieving different effects. And it provid a new idea for improving the fatigue life of the similar structure.
