《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》GB50292-2015思考系列之民用建筑结构鉴定类型认识

Type Appraisal of Civil Building Structure——Inspirations from Standard for Appraisal of Reliability of Civil Buildings GB50292-2015

针对民用建筑结构不同的鉴定目标需求,国家制定了一系列的鉴定规范或标准,对从事鉴定工作的工程技术人员开展民用建筑结构鉴定工作具有重要的指导意义。但是在实际鉴定工作中,由于工程技术人员对系列规范或标准的理解不够深入,导致对规范或标准的使用存在不恰当的认识。该文以《工程结构可靠性设计统一标准》GB50153-2008为基础,以对《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》GB50292-2015及《建筑抗震鉴定标准》GB50023-2009的正确使用为目标,将民用建筑结构鉴定规范或标准做了系统化整理,对各规范或标准的适用范围及使用中的注意事项做了说明,对工程技术人员开展民用建筑结构鉴定工作具有一定参考意义,有助于工程技术人员纠正在民用建筑结构鉴定中存在的一些不恰当的认识。

In light of the different appraisal purposes and demands of civil building structure, a series of appraisal norms or standards are established, making important guiding significance for engineering technicians engaged in related appraisal work. However, in practical appraisal, engineering technicians show inappropriate applications of these norms and standards for a lack of deep understandings. This paper, based on Unified Standard for Reliability Design of Engineering Structures GB50153-2008and targeted as the proper use of Standard for Appraisal of Reliability of Civil Buildings GB50292-2015 and Standard for Earthquake-resistant Evaluation of Buildings GB50023-2009, and systematizesthe relevant appraisal norms and standards for civil buildhags, describes their application ranges and noteworthy tips m application, providing some references for the engineering technicians engaged in related appraisal work and correcting their improper understandings on appraisal of civil building structure.
