摘要
偏高岭土组成稳定,来源广泛,作为水泥混凝土矿物掺合料,其火山灰活性可以与硅灰相当,因此采用偏高岭土来制备高性能混凝土的潜力巨大。该试验研究了0%、10%和30%三种偏高岭土掺量下的水泥胶砂试件在盐酸侵蚀和硫酸盐侵蚀两种侵蚀环境下的耐久性和抗压强度、抗折强度。结果表明:当偏高岭土掺量为10%时,能够显著提高水泥混凝土的耐久性和抗压强度、抗折强度,特别是抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能;而偏高岭土掺量达到30%时,其改善效果反而不及10%掺量。
Metakaolin is component stable and widely available, and its pozzolanic activity is comparable with that of silica fume when used as a mineral admixture for cement concrete, so it has great potentiality to be applied to produce high performance concrete. This research studies the durability, compressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar specimens with 0%, 10% and 30% ofmetakaolin content under the two different corrosion conditions of hydrochloric acid attack and sulfate attack. The results show that when the admixture of metakaolin is 10%, the durability, compressive strength and flexural strengthof cement concrete can be dramatically improved, especially its sulfate resistance performance, but when the admixture of metakaolin reaches 30%, its improvement effect weakens than that of 10%.
