摘要 该文通过改进Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯(GO),研究了GO对水泥砂浆力学性能和微观结构的影响,结果表明GO的掺量为0.04%时水泥砂浆的28d抗折强度和抗压强度相比基准组分别提高了21.0%和15.9%。通过扫描电镜对水泥砂浆微观结构进行分析,发现GO能够细化水泥石微裂纹,促进水泥水化;对水泥砂浆表面进行元素分析可知,当GO掺量过高时容易因产生团聚而降低水泥水化硬化性能。 In this paper, the effect of GO on the mechanical properties and microstructure of cement mortar is studied by improving the Hummers method. The results show that the 28d flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar have respectively increased by 21.0% and 15.9% compared with the baseline group when the amount of admixture of GO is 0.04%. From the analysis on the microstructure of cement mortar with scanning electron microscope (SEM), it was found that GO can narrow the cement micro-cracks and promote cement hydration. The element analysis of cement mortar shows that when the admixture amount of GO is excessive, the hardening performance of cement hydration can be easily reduced for the effect of reuniting.
