本文主要介绍无线虚拟专用拨号网作用，原理和建设方案。通过和一般的互联网方式对比，介绍虚拟专用拨号网店建设的意义和作用；并从分析虚拟专网的通信原理入手，介绍该网络的建设方案，用户管理等问题。

This paper mainly introduces the function, principle and construction scheme of WVPDN. By comparing with traditional internet, the paper describes the significance and the role of virtual private dialup network （VPDN） ; it also introduces the construction scheme of the network, as well as the user management by analyzing the communication principle of VP- DN.
