摘要 本文选用当前应用较广的自动导引车AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle),结合面向服务架构的编程思维,基于WCF技术设计了一套具有服务层的四层架构,具备多平台上监控能力、兼容多种类型或型号AGV的调度系统。调度控制主逻辑程序部署于服务器端,开放服务接口供其它程序或服务调用,监控端使用WPF实现AGV的状态、位置、角度的实时监控及动画模拟,并可查询相关任务信息。系统使用了Spring.Net、EF等当前较为成熟和优秀的编程框架,具备很强的扩展性和兼容性。为避免调度过程中出现冲突,除在磁条布置上遵循相关原则外,在调度算法中采用了点或路段的交通检测管制及AGV路径节点逐点授予策略,满足多任务调度的要求。 Focusing on the widely applied magnetic guided AGV and combining with the programming concept of service-oriented architecture, this paper has designed a set of dispatching sys- tem which has the four-tier architecture with service layer, monitoring capability on multi- ple platforms and is compatible with AGV of various kinds and versions. The master logic program of dispatching control is deployed at the server side, and the service interface is open for other program or service calling. The monitoring side uses WPF to realize the real -time monitoring and animation simulation of AGV's status, position and angle, as well as the information inquiry of related tasks. The system adopts the relatively mature and excel- lent programming framework such as Spring, Net and EF which has strong scalability and compatibility. In order to avoid the conflicts in the process of dispatching, the dispatching algorithm uses the traffic inspection control to the point/road and AGV path node point-by -point granted strategy to meet the requirements of multi-task dispatching.
