摘要
目前国家对人事档案的管理已日趋完善,但随着社会环境及各类利益的诱惑,人事档案内容失真现象频发。自2014年5月中组部在全国范围内开展档案审核工作以来,在省管干部档案专项审核中,400余人因档案造假受到组织处理或纪律处分,近200人因档案问题被记录在案,未查清前不得提拔或重用。文章基于人事档案管理的现状以及成因进行分析,并且提出了相应的整顿措施。
At present, the management of personnel files has been improved gradually. However, with the social environment and the temptation of all kinds of profits, the content of personnel fries is often distorted. Since 2014, Central Organization Department reviewed all kinds of files on a national scale. In the special audit of provincial cadres , over 400 people have been organized or disciplined and nearly 200 people recorded due to fraud, and according to national regulation , ban promoting or re-using before clearance . From the current situation and causes ,this paper analyzes existing problems of personnel file management and puts forward some measures to rectify them.
