天然彩棉/白棉混纺针织物色泽的影响因素分析

Analysis of Factors Influencing Color and Luster of Natural Colored Cotton/White Cotton Blended Knitted Fabrics

为了全面、客观地分析天然彩棉/白棉混纺针织物色泽的影响因素,首先对纱线捻度、织物结构参数对混纺针织物色泽的影响分别进行研究,然后采用离差最大化法对混纺比例、纱线捻度、织物密度3个主要因素对混纺针织物色泽的影响权重进行计算。结果表明,随纱线捻度的增加织物的K/S值增大;当彩棉含量不超过50%时,混纺针织物的K/S值随织物密度的增大而减小,反之,当彩棉含量超过50%时,混纺针织物的K/S值随织物密度的增大而增大;100%彩棉织物,随着密度的增加,织物的K/S值呈先增大后减小的趋势;混纺比例、纱线捻度、织物密度3个因素对彩棉/白棉混纺针织物色泽的影响权重分别为:0.545 7,0.3173,0.137 0。

To analyze the factors influencing the color and lustre of natural colored cotton/white cotton blended knitted fabrics comprehensively and objectively,the influence of yarn twist and fabric construction on the color and lustre of blended knitted fabrics was studied,and the weights of influence of blending rate,yarn twist and fabric count on the color and lustre of blended knitted fabrics were calculated with maximum deviation method.The result shows that the K/Svalue of fabric increases with the increase of yarn twist;the K/Svalue of blended knitted fabric decreases with the increase of fabric count in case that the colored cotton content is less than 50%,and conversely increases with the increase of fabric count in case that the colored cotton content is larger than 50%;concerning 100% colored cotton fabric,the K/Svalue increases first and then decreases with the increase of fabric count;the weights of influence of blending ratio,yarn twist and fabric count on the color and lustre of colored cotton/white cotton blended knitted fabric are 0.545 7,0.317 3,0.137 0respectively.
