摘要
文章采用TRIZ创新方法,通过建立机车车体组件模型并对其功能进行分析,将得出的创新方案应用于30吨大轴重机车车体的创新设计,并对其进行纵向载荷工况验证,结果表明:创新设计后的车体结构强度满足设计要求。
This paper establishes the components model of car body and analyzes the functions of each component with TRIZ innovation method. It applies the innovation project on the design of car body for 30 t heavy axle load locomotive, and verifies the longitudinal loads condition. The results show that the car body has enough strength to fulfill the design requirements.
