摘要
文章介绍了地铁车辆用翻边橡胶关节的结构特点、产品压装工艺及产品设计难点。利用有限元分析软件对产品橡胶型面进行优化,并对产品刚度进行分析,通过将有限元分析结果和试验结果进行比较,验证设计方法的可行性及正确性。
This paper presents the structural characteristics, assembly technology and design difficulty of flanging structure of rubber bushing for metro vehicle. The shape of rubber is optimized and the stiffness of rubber bushing is analyzed by using FEA software. It's shown that the method is quite feasible and correct by contrasting to the results of analysis and experiment.
