摘要
净利差作为传统商业银行收入来源的重要基础和主要组成部分,一方面折射了各家商业银行的内部管理质量和经营效率,另一方面也反映了商业银行作为金融中介在各自资金交易过程中不同定价行为的结果,是对货币作为交易中介成本的体现。自20世纪末利率市场化改革启动以来,历经二十余年的发展,利率市场化改革基本完成,利率优化资源配置的经济作用日益体现。在此背景下,净利差作为衡量商业银行经营效率的重要指标,越来越受到国内外学者的广泛关注。从利差界定、利差模型、利差影响因素及回归方法等四个方面对国内外文献进行了系统梳理,不仅有助于提高各家银行内部管理质量和资金定价能力,推动银行业改革发展,还可为政府宏观调控提供科学的政策依据。
As the important foundation and main component of the income source of traditional commercial banks, net interest margin reflects the internal management quality and operating efficiency of commercial banks, also reflects their different capital pricing ability at the same time. It is the embodiment of the money as the intermediary cost of the transaction. Since our interest rate liberalization begin from the late 20 th century, more than 20 years, the interest rate liberalization has basically completed, the economic role of interest rate optimize resource allocation become more and more obvious. Under the circumstances, the net interest margin as a significant index to measure the operating efficiency of commercial banks has received extensive attention at home and abroad. Combing the domestic and foreign literatures from four aspects: margin definitions, margin models, influence factors and regression methods, It can not only help commercial banks improve their internal management quality and capital pricing ability, promote the reform and development of banking industry, but also help provide a scientific policy basis for the macroeconomic regulation of government.
