推进影响农业转移人口市民化的社会支持网络建构——以安徽省为例

Promoting the Construction of Social Support Network for the Citizenization of Rural Migrants——Taking Anhui as an Example

农业转移人口的社会支持网络的建构是该群体社会融合和市民化进程中的工作重心,能在一定程度上反映该群体的生活和社会支持状况,这既是关系改革发展、稳定全局的迫切任务,也是促进工业文明建设和构建和谐社会的重要基础。通过分析安徽省农业转移人口的社会支持网络的相关特质,发现该群体社会支持网络规模虽然不大,但是网络构成的异质性增加,先赋性关系和后生性关系都在发挥重要作用,处于多元共生阶段。为了继续推进该群体的市民化进程,达到最终的社会融合,就必须通过政府、社区、社会组织多方共建其社会支持网络,维护社会的和谐稳定。

The reconstruction of the social network of rural migrants is the core of work in social integration and development of citizenization of the population, which can in some extent reflect their living conditions and social support. This is not only the urgent task of reform, development and stabilizing, but also an important basis for the promotion of industrial civilization and the building of a harmonious society. By analyzing the relevant characteristics of the social network of Anhui rural migrants, it is discovered that al-though the scale of the social network of the population is not large, the heterogeneity of the network construction increases. Ascribed and epigenetic relations are both playing a crucial role, thus the construction stage is symbiotic. To promote the social integration and citizenization of the population, the social support network should be constructed through multi-party cooperation, namely, the government, the community and social organizations, thus the harmony and stability of the society will be sustained.
