三级医院本科护士自我效能感现状与影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院本科护士自我效能感状况与影响因素。方法采用方便抽样,选取2015年3—5月于上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院工作的本科护士116名,应用一般自我效能感量表(General Self-Efficacy Scale,GSES)进行调查。结果本科护士自我效能感得分(2.71±0.45)与国内护士常模(2.41±0.58)比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.933,P<0.01);本科护士自我效能感的影响因素包括本科途径、年日班占比、每日与患者接触时间占比等。结论本科护士自我效能感处于中等水平;针对影响因素提出对策,以期改善本科护士的自我效能感,提高护理质量。 Objective To investigate the status of self-efficacy of undergraduate nurses in tertiary comprehensive hospitals and the influencing factors. Methods General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) was used to survey 116 undergraduate nurses in Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from March to May 2015. Results The score of GSES was (2.71± 0.45 ) , which was significantly different from the domestic normal value of 2.41 ±0.58 (t =4. 933, P 〈0.01 ). The score was significantly influenced by the ways to finish undergraduate programme, yearly proportion of dayshift, and daily proportion of patient contact time (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The score of self-efficacy of undergraduate nurses is at a moderate level. The influencing factors should be targeted to improve the nurse self-efficacy and nursing quality.
