Approved by the State Council, China Chengtong Holding Group., Ltd. as the main sponsor, established China Structural Reform Fund Co., Ltd., which is entrusted by the State-owned Asset Supervision and Administration Commission. In August this year, China Structural Reform Fund has invested 12.975 billion yuan in the mixed ownership reform of China Unicom and become the latter's third largest shareholder. Zhu Bixin, Chengtong's chairman, told China Economic Weekly that China Structural Reform Fund has successfully overfulfilled the 30 billion yuan investment objective for 2017.
