脱氧碳包覆碳纳米管-硫(CNT-S)复合材料的制备及锂硫电池性能 被引量:1

摘要 硫的高理论比容量使它成为锂电池最具前景的正极材料之一。为解决锂硫电池在实际应用中存在的问题,通过水合肼脱氧碳前驱体的方法制备出脱氧碳,然后均匀包覆在CNT-S材料表面,形成一种脱氧碳包覆结构。XRD和SEM分析可知,硫均匀的负载在CNT表面,外表包覆了一层细腻的脱氧碳。电化学测试表明,这种材料相对于CNT-S复合材料表现出更高的比容量和更好的循环稳定性。 Sulfur is one of the most promising cathode material for lithium batteries as it possesses high theoretical specific capacity. In order to solve the problems encountered in the practical application of lithium-sulfur battery, in this work, the deoxidized carbon coating is fabricated by deoxidizing carbon precursor to encapsulate carbon nanotube-sulfur nanocomposite, forming a deoxidized carbon-wrapped CNT-S nanostrueture. The nanocomposites were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results indicated that sulfur was uniformly distributed across the CNT, and a layer of deoxidized carbon coated on the surface of CNT-S nanocomposite. The electrochemical test results showed that this kind of material exhibits high specific capacity and cycle stability in comparison with CNT-S nanocomposite.
