瑞安旧城改造模式下的岭南天地活化探究

本文叙述了旧建筑、旧城区的历史意义和现实意义．总结出了瑞安集团关于旧城改造的一些方法和经验。外部空间的营造、建筑之间的联合、建筑结构的改造、建筑内部的划分、建筑细节装饰、建筑之外的因素，被认为是旧城改造的几大重要方面。旧城改造取得的成绩是令人肯定，但是存在的问题不容忽视；在建筑保护、社会公平等方面仍然是下一步要改进的方面。

This paper describes the historical significance and practical significance of the old buildings and old urban areas, and summarizes some methods and experiences of the Ruian group on the transformation of the old city. The construction of the outer space, the combination of the buildings, the transformation of a building structure, the division of the interior of the building, the details of the building decoration, the factors outside the building, are considered to be the major aspects of the transformation of the old city. The achievements of the transformation of the old city is positive, but the problems can not be ignored. In the aspect of building protection and social equity, it is still the next step to improve.
