摘要 为研究非线性车辆系统的动载特性,建立了基于空气悬架和轮胎刚度非线性的车辆动力学模型,并在Simulink/MATLAB中进行仿真,分析了路面不平度、车辆行驶速度、轮胎充气压力等因素对非线性车辆动载荷的影响。结果表明:路面不平度对车辆动载荷的影响较大,车辆行驶速度和轮胎充气压力的影响相对最小,且三者的增加,都会使车轮的动载系数增大。该研究为车路系统分析、路面损伤研究以及不同道路上车速的指导等提供了参考依据。 To study the dynamic characteristic of nonlinear vehicle system, a vehicle dynamic model based on air suspension and tire stiffness nonlinearity was established. The influence of the factors such as road roughness, vehicle speed and tire inflation pressure on the dynamic load of nonlinear vehicle was analyzed using Simulink/MATLAB. The results show that the road roughness has a great influence on the vehicle dynamic load, and the influence of vehicle speed and tire inflation pressure is relatively small. The dynamic load coefficient of the wheel will increase as road roughness, vehicle speed and tire inflation pressure increase. The research provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of road system, the research of road surface damage, and the guidance of different road speed.
